Trades involving US securities may incur an FX conversion. Intelligent Investing does not charge an FX fee or apply an FX markup to member transactions. FX is executed at the rate displayed to members by a third-party partner. In certain circumstances, Intelligent Investing may realize a gain or loss related to its third-party FX arrangements. This does not result in an additional FX markup being charged to members.

FX is not contingent on transaction volume or frequency, and does not incentivize increased trading activity. We do not charge trading commissions.

Every membership includes access to Fiscal.ai Max (normally $99/month), a professional-grade research and analysis environment. Most investors trade based on price and headlines. Serious investors analyze businesses. Fiscal.ai provides structured access to: Multi-year income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow data. Return on capital and free cash flow analysis. Margin trends and capital allocation history. Clean company comparisons across time.

It also includes AI-assisted tools to summarize filings, surface financial trends, and accelerate research workflows. The AI supports analysis. It does not make decisions.

Access to Intelligent Investing's core portfolios includes a 0.10% annual management fee on assets held in managed strategies. Applied only to managed portfolios. Calculated transparently. No performance fees.

This fee exists to cover portfolio management, rebalancing, custody and administration, and operational infrastructure. It is a fraction of what traditional wealth managers and funds charge.

Intelligent Investing operates through two regulated entities. Managed investing accounts are opened with IntelligentInvesting Wealth Management Inc., a registered portfolio manager. Self-directed investing accounts are opened with IntelligentInvesting Securities Inc., an investment dealer regulated by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). Both entities are subsidiaries of Orion Digital Corp., and each is separate and responsible only for the services it provides.
